The Sacrifice

It was a dark and cold night in November in Huntington’s restless little town
That I was summoned to a certain young man, to prepare him in his heavenly gown
He told the Master he would be willing to die
If his siblings would surrender to Jesus, who was crucified
I was there when the Master surveyed the situation
I could see through His senses for this young man, He had great admiration
I knew He would be faithful to this young mans promise He made so many years ago
To take him to heaven where he would be beyond the reach or influence of Satan’s shadow
Then the Master said; I will never leave nor forsake you, I am the God of mercies and love
My promise never fails, and you have always been in remembrance as I
watched from My throne above
I watched as a tear fell from the Masters eye
I knew his heart was broken so I too began to cry
Then the Master put his hand on my shoulder and affectionately said,
“This young man has been waiting for so long, he is not dead”
Though his mortal body is no longer there
His soul is at peace where he now lays his head
Only I can know and justify, why the human part of man must die
It is not My intent that mortal souls should feel sorrow and cry
Know this and find comfort when you look upon this precious soul
When you visit his grave, never forget that I too love him so
He left behind him a multitude of love and devotion
That’s why Satan is now stirring up such a commotion
Now it’s up to his siblings to make a stand
For you know Michael, I will not force any humans hand
And as I beheld the Master and His compassionate identity
I fell to my knees for all His undying mercies
I saw as time passed before my eyes
The child that was the man whom for the Master did cry
I looked at the young man upon his bed
And I’ll never forget, those sacrificial words that he said,
If my brother and sister would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
