Darkness consumes the creatures who follow in its path,
Like a lost lamb listening for the cries of its mother,
In vain, in pain,
We all find out who we really are.
We all don't wish to come back.
I watched a cougar stalk its prey,
Sink its teeth into the flesh and I could taste the blood.
Yes, my crimson lips taste so good,
And if I open wide, maybe you can see the whole that is left in me.
I don't wish to be anybody,
(Run) I wish to be nothing at all.
I don't wish to hurt anybody,
(Run) I wish to not hurt at all.
But like a storm cloud your silly little words won't chase me away.
"Rain, rain go away."
I don't want to hear me anymore.
I only want to (run).
