The signal breathes the empty space
A childs mind and a childs pure face
The dark of the clown sits perfect aside
As the empty airwaves to ride
And fear in its slumber awakens to morn
A pure toned signal at the break of dawn
The smile of nothing and the noise of nought
No creative programming nor childish thought
Television peeks into the great unknown
Testing testing, the great ungrown
The signal breathes the empty space
Between life and death and the human race
She smiles a haunting melody
Screeching signal monotony
The signal breathes the empty space
Life and death and human race
Awaken creature to which I am a fool
Change thy face to my favourite "Playschool"
I am only 5 years of age
I cannot turn this static page

Good job well done. Thanks for that.

I really liked this poem, very clever, although the last three or four lines are clever, I somehow feel that it seems to stagger a bit towards the end. Overall excellent
