Colors of Life

Colors are what make life fun
The sounds of life cannot make up for the
Sights of the fun colors in life.
The fields of oranges, greens
Or reds make for a relaxing afternoon
Grey is a boring day full of gloom
The rain pouring down creating puddles
The brown and red mud makes for some
Fun for the children or even the young at heart.
Black in the night is only pierced by
Bright white stars, showing their true brilliance.
Yellow is the bright afternoon in spring
With new buds starting to appear in the trees.
These colors show me life, love, and happiness.

    Colours do indeed make life fun!
    You definitely 'ran' with the prompt...It explains a lot about what you see in nature...but it doesn't really say much about what you see in yourself...

    I liked the write though- You can see the colours jumping off the page. I think that the next time I am out in nature, I shall look around more freely, I guess you miss a lot when you are preoccupied with life's problems..
