Learning to Crawl

Kick me down, onto the floor.
Learning to crawl; crawl back for more.
I feel a feeling I didn’t before.
Love is for losers, lust is for whores.
Push me down, into the dirt.
Always feel broken, always feel hurt.
Wasting my life, all the effort to care.
I searched for an answer and found nothing there.
Drag me down, screaming to stop.
Into the ashes passions will rot.
All meaning’s dead now, all reason: forgot.
The heart is too cold, and the feelings too hot.
Lay me down. Maybe I’ll stay.
Use me, abuse me, and throw me away.
I’m a love junkie and I never pay.
Bodies so broken, hearts made to play.

  • It's a nice piece, good amount of emotion I think the rhyme is good and well it's all really nicely done indeed. My favorite line of all was"Use me, abuse me, and throw me away."
