Soaked In Sorrow

Beautification balances with perfection

      climbing over mountain tops
and little by little

          reaching destiny
until the climate changes

small movements create disaster
reality sinks in, he couldn't save her

A smell that only attracts

flies and maggots
fills the air

What about the promises of tomorrow?

Nevermind

It doesn't matter anymore.

Sometimes nothing can save another and sadness is a hard emotion to deal with. One word told it all, NEVERMIND, reality is there. Keepon penning. Rose

    "A smell that only attracts
    flies and maggots

liked this poem, especially the concept that things gradually change from magestic heights to deathly despair. very well written
