Please Tell Me

Please tell me this is just a joke        that you were only kidding                this is not funny and i hate it            don't lie to me that would only      make this worse than it seems        how could you sit there and say      such a thing when you know              what i am going through.                  my world is falling apart                      you hate me                                                and want nothing to do with me    i thought we had a good thing      i thought we would last                      but i see now that i was wrong        and now we fight over one small      stupid problem                                        how could one small problem come between two people like this?                                                                please tell me that this is a joke and you aren't really leaving.
