to the narrator.

do i not pour my words
in your voice

do i not see from
your eyes
and hear from
your ears

do i not breathe
the sighs you sigh
and drink the rivers
and nights with you

do i not fail you
when i sleep my innereyes
for one moment and then carry on

do i
i- you from my heart
does my heart beat a moment's pause
and exhale you

do i complete
the incomplete pictures
or just float the cloud of shapes
colours

do i not make your voice mine? tell me.

writing is a therapy. i am not a writer. i am a liar and a flesh eating monster.

you write, therefore you are a writer. you're thinking of some intangible inherent value judgment that other people might put on your work. writing is a personal process. although, from tat place of value judgment, i must say that is this quite a nice piece.

    A flesh eating monster? Intriguing.

Very few poets on this web site so you're in good company.

The narrator being you, yes, that does make this therapy as you ask yourself the questions you obviously know the answers to. Sometimes there is a disconnect between who we are and what we write, and sometimes we can't even be honest with ourselves. I see this poem as your way of reminding yourself. Yes, it's an intriguing and enjoyable poem to read.

    How beautiful you write ...

deep and simply in a spiritual swirl of healing touch.

Completing the incomplete pictures just is the simple truth.

    every day in the morning

    for poetry breakfast?

hahaha sorry for the weird comment, but i just loved reading this so much.

stanza's 3 4 and 5 were all intensely beautiful. actually, the whole thing was beautiful.

This is quite an intensely written poem. And yes it is a poem.
You are a poet in your own sense. There is no need for lavish
image to stir the mind but those that stir the heart. Those are the important ones.
