I remember Rosalie, she's another shadow in
My mind, I find as I walk down those endless
Paths of mine that I still remember how she
Shined, a girl of perfect hue, with eyes as
Blue as sapphires, I think I loved her just
A little, but her heart was wild and governed
By the wind, from one lover to another her
Name fluttering here and there like wings,
And they left their mark on her, like writing
I never saw but traced with silent fingers,
And it hurt me to see her face swollen by
Their touch, but that was Rosalie and she
Wore her heart upon every span of skin, ten
Years have passed it seems since we met,
I read a paper just this morning, signs of
Violent scenes as they announced that my
Rosalie was dead.
