Enjoy William's, Asha's,

and Lucretius' thoughts.

II of IV

How strange can one metamorphosis bring to another some two thousand years beyond that of William's life time. Yet, whilst he regurgitates what surroundings the asylum has, there is the appeal of the imaginary to discover. Delving into the mind of one schizophrenic who has skipped many generations searching for a mother figure, find an apology from his long suffering but deceased mother, whose sympathises over the mental cruelty he has suffered.

Meanwhile, Asha is missing her mother immensely, having left her in Dehra Dun, India for some considerable time, I am finding the true compromise between Asha and Luctretius more lucrative than William would ever consider.

It is to be revealed that whileWilliam writes he is observant to everything his mind tallies, except that of a tumour which is by now registering some peculiarites of the mind. Best remembered as Titus, for whatever reason why, that he may as welll be best remembered for "all things mind to eye.", and the  tumour which maybe, he was only subconcious about lingers like a dooms day book. In fact the words of the present are an enactment of two thosand years previous to that, when the philosopher and poet, Titus Lucretius Carus came to the fore with an account "On the Nature of Things", for which words similar would have been a two thousand years advancement than any we have read.

William is aggitated for reasons that if I were were to say that Asha would soon be leaving our midst then I can reassure you that William too will divulge unto himself a shadow of the improvement he was before wallowing in.

It is advised that we not only navigate the present but we should divulge around about the time of the 54BC era as well -

I THANK YOU.

William speaks of the immediate future

as indeed does Lucretius romancing with

nature, that is, 'often hid that he neither did.'

I doubt if one's acquaintance can improve,

the whereabouts of suffering one must move

before unnecessary doubt perceived

impatient though some countenance believed.

Deficiency may lack in some oppressed-                                                   5

extravagant exploit to justice best

The positive between the zealous strands,

of circumstance expecting the unplanned.

A compromise to chuckle through the maze,

of angers that emotion wise, displays,                                                     10

complexion, the security - half wise,

The jealous state to plural enterprise.

How one can feel for someone having doubt,

that something quite not right can show without.

It stood there moon detected in the sky;                                                15
what cloud could even think it could deny,

A sky not interrupted by a cloud

As would deny momentum if allowed?
Allowed are we to gather on approach
beware, so many people still encroach                                                   20

A menacing approach it was to be,

people taller, wider, openly!

How openly aware are we in groups,

Partakes by shifting heads where lowly stoops

How nonetheless has asked morality,                                                    25

To mask it slight with partiality.

Wanton! Thou should'st see believe your eyes,

Whom rightly thought he owned it through apprise,
content! That aphrodisiac; Locale:
It pays by chance with interest - the male                                             30
shalt seek the compensation due, the prize,

A rather in-depth sight of inner sighs.
That no more does sophistication hence,
forthwith to grade what actions commonsense

to compromise restraint with an ideal,                                                  35

If one so gallivants with an appeal
cementing limb to limb with liquid bonds
a promise such as this which soon absconds,
with fearful consequence I do intend.
That nature had once beauty to pretend.                                              40

Melancholy, steeped inside portrayal

Where steadily they backtrack to a crawl.
Hopelessly retained where trapped inside
abysmal days, are years long much denied
from there, the darkest mysteries suffice                                              45

And having lost the best things life made nice.
To notably less worthy ones that formed;
destroying most, the charities less warmed
from inside looking out the bleak released

Was living life like death, and now deceased.                                      50
Is thus caved in, whilst others looking in,
Can see, what changed in sloth’s deceitful grin
how idleness conceives to closing eyes,
when making it the master of disguise.

An idler’s worth too close for comfort for,                                          55

she hide that sin from him as did before.
shall dream pretentious longing for a fool,
to whom acknowledged-wise it rather cruel

How sloth and intervention shall oppose;

than any least forbidden why, she chose.                                             60
concede to follow suit, that idleness
wilt love the indignation further less
Then what is love if love for the return,
of effort; can but not be tested; Learn!

Williams's Morning Ritual

And with restriction does the pose withhold                                       65

Affection posing has, I have been bold.
My having nothing on, consume more thought,
completely overawed by this distraught
you leer at the suggestion laying down,

Conveniently towards you, move thy gown?                                       70
has now disrupted things I do declare,
us having an affair, or worse, I dare
If shyness were sufficient to thy need,
I grant you, it is not enough I plead?

Then nothing, I mean nothing more I pray                                          75
would lead me to this sin of disarray,
and whilst assuring both as morals bound
I think it would be best, you turn around.

IF I considered best what I now know –

This wonderful aspire as love knots go                                               80
has brief denied me long since asking why,
Appreciates’ you more than long gone by.
Beholden, no less likelihood undo;

Includes the untied version of accrue,

The task of equal share as love knots hold,                                        85
to heed the warning caution first foretold.

That we belong drawn lots instilling growth,
That once the knot between us tied can both,
Become a question asked that answers range
A trust, exhibit -wise by part exchange.                                             90
She far exceeds the ravishing past tense,
adorned to love's exceeding worn immense.
..And gripped by the contempt my longings for,

Too eager may this younger heart so pour!
Suffice to say how adequate a theme,                                                95
may yield that whilst one part of me may seem
an ounce of mirth can verily before,

Good manners could elude one to adore.

Meanwhile, Asha has her own anxieties:

Though, I am the incentive of one self,

That he may look upon me like an elf;                                            100
to which one loves, devotion cannot touch
who spoke of fairytales he may well clutch.

Reflect a worth to mention to your friends,

A trifle clouded still, see what transcends?
An arm to hold on still engulfs my dreams,                                     105
in ardor let me look, the mirror seems

I feel a soul's lost cause than getting close,

Of virtue to the compliment it chose.
To something that resemblance cannot lay
let beauty gauge the wealth of one supply                                      110

to which the word was said, I am a dish,
cannot for any reason grant that wish!

Prelude for a Goddess of the Dawn”Asha opens the drapes - ‘Fractals’

Whilst underneath the melanoma state,

Evolve, which stay unsolved until sedate

Small plebs connive in perforated mass                                        115

Has given it the manifest surpass.

It pleads a silent stare with reattribute,

To sweet divide that substance in pursuit

To firm the globule vex of wry enslave

Of mercy that one's source cannot behave.                                  120

A thinly shred of evidence has burst

Has gathered, not exceedingly rehearsed

The eye for seeing why the all too soon,

When wary not to shade the fullest noon.

I'd rather be the structure of benign,                                            125

Than have the fate self sown as duly thine.

It overhangs the thread of thence beware,

Now living the disguise while utter care

Disrupting all indemnities at source

Each stage acquired to being there of course.                              130

Peruse the state that slightly says impaled,

But sinister it seems so slightly veiled

Has whimpered not on effigies of cult,

Comeuppance be the likeliest result?

I offer you the rid of one's demise,                                              135

And firm by the derision - cicatrize,

So urgently bequeathed to you unsoured,

Is hopeful that perchance has been devoured.

Prevention than the cure can mighty vane,

Acceptance be to worship-wise arcane.                                      140

 to honour you I will

I

How fairest creatures few should we create,

Those hereby confiscate those men, who do,

Keep soul and worthy wisdom for his mate

Protect themselves to venture this pursue:

But thou hath splintered love with a compare,

Fed lightly on the wealth of good intent,

As husband, lover, maker of the heir,

I ask you, do my doubts concern content?

Indeed a famine short of worldly sprite,

Cannot thy misconceive her for without

A trust in his good name to deal with right,

to honour thee forever, not with doubt.

Hath you that ever since hath cried aloud,

Been shown too worthy compromise as proud.

II

When weary comforts endlessly provoke,

A jealousy connived to one who traps

The only thing that he himself last woke

And conscience be, the enemy it saps:

I’ll ask you not to contemplate her life,

More worthy than your own to do it well

Compare her like an animal, than wife

Who suddenly adopts this kind of hell:

If I am unprepared to let her go,

For freedom can a gaol be one of trust

Be tried and often judged as one’s we know

Shall innocence be surely deemed unjust.

For worth of any matter to be free,

Attaches one so keenly judged to thee.

    Masterful write

I am indulging myself in your excellent works and find I am reading over and over again, Enjoyable as always!!!!

  • Well my dear you certainly chose a good piece to enter into this contest. It asked for good poems and you picked an "excellent" poem so you went far beyond what the contest called for when you entered this one. There are so many things that make this one stand out amongst a crowd that it would take me all day to list them. You have covered about every poetic device imaginable and I hope the contest host can see that when he/or she reads it.

I wish you the best of luck in the contest dear because this is certainly worthy of a gold trophy in my opinion. Good luck hun.
