I will heal over time;
My love left me for good,
and I had all to lose.
I did all that I could,
but it did not suffuse.

We have to live apart,
two specks upon a map.
If we were close we'd start
to make a bigger gap.

When she find someone new,
my heart will be at ease.
Then I will know it's due
to give her back the keys.

My wounds go deep inside,
they need some time to mend.
A piece of me has died,
I knew that it would end.

I recently had a break-up with my wife, after close to nine years together, married for the last eight. My worst nightmare came true, and I needed to let my sadness out, so that my heart can start to heal...

A Monchielle is as follows: first line repeats in each stanza, it consist four stanzas in total, each stanza consists of five lines, each line consists of six syllables, and lines three and five rhyme. The pattern is "Abcdc Aefgf Ahiji Aklml".

What I liked about it:
That is was relatable and for a Monchielle there as a pretty good amount of emotion.
What could be improved:
Nothing really but Monchielle form is not really my favorite cause you can be detailed.
My favorite line(s):

I know how you feel, isnt it the same place I am in right now. Well, I hope you will soon find peace and love soon. Take care of yourself, I know thats waht people tell you all the time, they tell me the same too, I heard from someone long ago, "no one is worth a heartache" if I said that right, but what it meant to me was this.. there is no one in our lives are worth if they give us a heartache.
I can feel your pain completely, and you know it. I would say, take care of yourself, and love will surely come to you someday soon, because you're worth it, you're a wonderful person.
