I can without remorse wish this world away. Dreaming of the apocalypse for every night I pray. Awaking to the blood that spilt and the innocents who were slayed.
Screeching out for justice but the system they believed in betrayed. And it happens everywhere the thickening layers of moral dismay. Are combined with rising tides of planetary decay.
Bought forth by the sinners who the clergy claim will pay. As they speak from alters across the globe with the righteous image they portray. But no one is innocent when standing before the end of days.
For when the gods look down we all are prey. And they set fire to this world without delay. And decades after the last sinner is burnt to ash and blown away.
Is when drops of wonder will finally fall on this world ablaze.

New volcanoes will erupt around the earth and its surface will be consumed in a firey hell. Oops. Bye-bye. So long.

I personally can’t think of a better way for this world to start a new.
