My life was glorified the moment I saw you.
I tried to become everything you could want,
and the time we spent together was a happy one,
full of love and fun and smiles and laughter.
Then dark clouds came between us;
I put them there.
yet I am able to reach up and push them aside.

Remember my friend, even in God's world there is an occasional rain, for without
rain "nothing" grows, including us. To ignore the darkness is to deny half of what we are. So we will venture there, but the key is not to remain there and by reaching up to "push them aside" you are apply action. Prayer brings hope but
ONLY action can make it happen.

Very heartfelt words. You should be just who you are though. That's all you can be. To truly love someone is to accept all of them not just part of them. No one is perfect. There are reactions to moments that can define a relationship. I believe the key is what that reaction is. It's not an easy thing to accomplish a sort of level headed two sided reaction in the heat of the moment, so to speak. Know each others souls and accept. I hope the sun does shine again for you and the rain you crave comes down ever so gently.
