She promised herself she would stop
that she would never take tablets again
but then it just gets all too much for her
and she needs to numb all her internal pain.
She promised herself she would eat properly
that she'd stop slowly killing herself like that
but the thoughts come back even stronger
saying she should stop again, shes got too fat.
She promised herself she would never drink
it dangerous, and does too much damage
but then she starts going downhill again
and drink seems the only way she can manage.
She promised herself she wouldnt take drugs
they are even worse and could kill her insides
but then she feels she has no other way to cope
and all of her problems are hidden behind the high.
She hates doing all these stupid things to herself
cause her family worry, she doesnt like them to worry
but what else can she possibly do that'll make her happy?
all I can say to you all is I'll try to stop but for now

Awe, this is touching and heartbreaking read. The things we do to hurt ourselves, can become so addictive yet it can be undone. Hope everything becomes better
