Withering heart won't you beat once more?
Stop lying there, bleeding on the floor.
Whisper to me the life I held when I was free.
Because I can't go on feeling this empty.
These fading flowers are leaving me only with pain.
Every minute reminding me that nothing's the same.
My innocence has left, the bell I hear it toll.
It rings just for me, and this hallowed out soul.
I clutch and I claw with all my might,
I drown in a sea of tears, remembering the night.
The night I became lost when you stole from me,
the child I was supposed to live to be.
And you stand laughing without a care,
while I lie screaming, trapped in this nightmare.
Visions of you killing all that I held true.
I dream of a smile that can never be, all because of you.
If you won't let me live, just let me die,
so that I don't have any more tears to cry.
Fix my face to your own desire.
Leave me to take the next step higher.
Where I'll go, I don't know, but I shall see you soon.
I'll be far above the stars, way beyond the moon.
If you miss me, then I thank you my friend,
but my time here has come to an end.

Lots of emotion in this poem and very nicely written. Great flow and nice rhyming.
And you stand laughing without a care,
while I lie screaming, trapped in this nightmare.
There is so much meaning in every line. Very very nice.
