Liars and Poets

A liar would say anything to be heard

would do anything they could

A poet seeks only recognition

and to be understood

A liar would go to extremes

and do whatever it takes

A poet paints the world in monochrome

and writes for simply words' sakes

So are the two so different that they are interchangable?

For both, the world is their oyster, and nothing truly tangible.

A great write, the shape is so captivating even though it was a bit hard to fallow and the rythm was kind of lost because of the arrangement, I still liked how you compared between the lairs and the poets and came to the result that they differ.
They sure differ, we lie for different reasons than profissional lairs.
Thanks for sharing this great write, good luck.

    Love

A poet can never lie for even in drama there is an element of truth but then again even lies at times will have an element of truth.

    Darn it, I have a catch 22

I like it, I like it so!
