The Bug

The beetle-bug
He travels in a circle
Crawling up and down the window pane
To catch his prey

Up, down, up down
Sometimes to the side
Sometimes not.

He hit the bottom once
But went right back uphill
Because life required it of him

The eternal hill
With the knowledge that every time
He went down
He’d have to go back up
Because he had no other choice

Sometimes going up to the side
Makes the climb a little easier.
But it’s still up.

There goes the poor beetle-bug
In his never ending trap of
Hills.

Hahah! This is awesome. We have a tent outside and all sorts of bugs get in it and it's like watching a soap opera of insects....There are flies, tassleflies, spiders (yuck), wasps, and so many other thingies....

Awesome work here. Thanks so much for the share and good luck to you in future writes!
