This country has a good number of souls
That work hard to make this country whole.
From coast to coast, it is a diversified nation,
But it it has, like other countries,seen scenes of desolation
In its times of goodness, abundance, and richness.
It can be the best country ever in every sense.

I wonder which country you are so proud of, whichever one it is, it is wonderful to see such pride and strength from a citizen
It is a hard thing to find these days 
Poetically I would suggest not starting each line with a capital letter as it indicates a new thought each time & some added punctuation
