sight
or lack of
I am blessed with clarity
but it comes with a price
clarity on contact
without it,
I am blind...
so much that,
I fail to realize how much I take for granted
the lack of sight,
I do not know
the world around me is different
warped,
with a lack of meaning
how can I be expected to understand?
how lucky I am!
with the world's clarity at the mercy of constant touch
