I believe what you have deciphered here is the judgemental mentality of the impressional mind.
It's almost not unlike a religious frost blanketing the warm sun.
Reminds me of the kid from the first Matrix movie talking about what Tastey Wheats was sopposed to taste like, that mayhaps they should have tasted like they looked, not the crapola they did taste like, yet everyone accepts it

Hmmm interesting to read to say the very least. Form...good, different, unique even. Though what does it say? Certainly nothing singular...multiple facets, intrepretations of black, the absense of light...is it all these things or none. Labels, meaning given without facts....hmmm yes interesting.

It is the highlighting of how modern society alludes to the negative attributes associated with the references to the term 'black'. The poem plays in certain terms towards the drawing upon of our negativity to the shade....which in its many definitions is beautiful, scary, naiive, and ignorantly beautiful.

Ok... You had me wondering as I read the grocery list, just what the hell is this blackity black blackness? BUT as soon as I got past that, I discovered the hidden flow and really enjoyed reading this. Some great and unexpected examples of Black, to be sure. Kind of like a word association game with yourself, I felt that a good amount of your personality made it into this one, perhaps unintentionally.
