You said so many things - which were true?
I loved you; did you really love me too?
Or was it another lie to spew?
I guess I never should have trusted you.
I wouldn't have had my heart torn in two
Or felt so sick, as if I had the flu.
Why don't you understand I'm through?
I deserve so much better than you.
So now it's time to say "adieu"
And I can begin my life anew.
These are the last words I'm wasting on you.
