goodnight sweet boy.
[[let the midnight stars kiss you
because you won't seem to get one of mine
not before sleep]]
as you huff amongst the grass seeds
mulling over the string cheese
that fumbles and crumbles
in the very fingers that wove it
-so much for the string theory
let the scientist know
that it's all just temporary
until they find paranoia
is just a side effect
of loss of passion
and when you close your eyes tonight
wonder who had the worst day
and who should be
((if anyone should))
be a bit touchy
like glass trinkets on barbed wire
as i close my eyes
i'll just wonder
why your warmth isn't keeping
his blue eyes out of my head
{{his hands shook so hard as
his eyes stared so deep}}
wish there was another way out of this cycle
death melting away in conciousness
like butter in a pan
the size of uranus
as highschool humore fades in my ears
im still staring at that stupid
stupid
camper door that i hope your face emerges from
with a beautiful smile
and sturdy hand to hold
and a strong embrace to melt in
( like the skillet? am i wanting to melt into you like death i mean? what a strange thought.)
and here your footsteps come.
but not a smile on your face.
so lonely when your here.

this has the feel of some deep seated emtions. I can tell you are trying to work them out. what better place to doo that than in your writing. i like the format and the way you put your words together. the visual is nice too. adding a certain ambiance to the overall piece. thanks for sharing. good luck!! peace and light, kp
