Crying turmoil

Every joke
Every smile
And everything said
Is just a cover up
For her inner turmoil

To cry in front of others
Is a weakened state
She most never show
To anyone else but herself
Feeling foolish for self pity

She can never trust
Why should she
When they constantly lie to her
Complementing nonexistent beauty
Knowing she'll forever be alone

No one can save her from her crying turmoil
