Out Of Reach

There in front of me
But so out of reach
At the tip of my fingertips
But I cant touch

I try and run to you
But trip on flat surfaces
Clumsy heart of mine
I try to crawl to you
But I don’t have the patience

So out of my reach

But I cant grab hold

My brain cant comprehend the thought
Of not seeing you everyday
