That I start to cry when I think of your new life?
Is it sad that I can't move on?
That I'm driven by the thought that you aren't really gone?
Is it sad that I write this just for you?
That I'm hoping that you're not doing what your suppose to?
Is it sad that I'm hurt this much by friend?
That I'm hurt more by the friendship in the end?
Is it sad.....That I've run out of rhymes?
That I'm the one who screwed up this time?
Is it sad that I wish you could see?
That it's not a boyfriend I wanted you to be?
Is it sad that I lost you as a friend?
That I'm repeating this rhyme again and again?
Is it sad?
Of course it is.
I'm the one hurt;
Before anyone else is.
