I enjoy the way your hair grows from every part of your body,
except for your head.
I revel in your happiness, no matter how much I try to resist
you make me smile ear to ear.
I adore that you still feel like you know everything,
even though you are always wrong. Always.
I fancy the way it takes you a whole hour and a half
just to make a sandwich.
I relish your anger, how your face turns a deep shade of red
all because of the words "shut up".
I admire how you can create a homemade bomb using only
a thimble, thumb tacks, and a piece of paper.
I idolize your optimism and the way you make the hardest situation
so easy to get through.
I cherish the way you are compelled to make your bed
no matter how late it will make you
I savor how you stroke my ears when we are making out
and how you grin every time I mention it.
Your prescence soothes me,
you make me happy.
Just thought you ought to know.

YEa.... it's those little personality quirks that catch us the most.... I'm just smilin' to beat the damned reading this... It says everything words can't say directly, more than the whole worlds vocabulary could ever describe.

I am not a fan of repetition but this poem made so much sense to me. It also made me smile and think on those little things that my husband has done for many years to make me happy. Nice!

This is very creative if you don't know where it came from. The only problem I had with this was not about the poem but the background: some of the words are a little hard to read in some of the lighter areas (it is a cool picture though).
