Through The Sieve

You can see through my splinters and glue,
All that You see might surely be me;
What You do can affect all of man,
Each day You look at the things we took;
Hell's opening as bells stop their ring.

Loosen up my shell, pull me up from Hell,
And bring me closer to life's composer;
Maybe I can choose just where I will cruise,
So I might now live, when I'm through the sieve.

Just as I learn how much I can burn,
Earthquakes within tear away my grin;
Something inside shows waves of the tide,
Usually gone before I wake at dawn;
Salvation comes as damnation crumbs.

Loosen up my shell, pull me up from Hell,
And bring me closer to life's composer;
Maybe I can choose just where I will cruise,
So I might now live, when I'm through the sieve.

Sin's sabotage breaks down my barrage,
Pains from wasteland bury me in sand;
Inching my way past the dark of day-
Ramified soul climbing from the hole;
Shedding my skin to begin again.

Loosen up my shell, pull me up from Hell,
And bring me closer to life's composer;
I pray I can choose just where I shall cruise,
No longer captive, I'll move through the sieve.

    From the hell of mean behaviours that make nasty an ordinary daily life which could be directed to be turn into the heaven of fruitful thoughts and curing imaginations based on powerful feelings.

    I haven't read your poetry in a while...and I"ve forgotten how much I truly enjoy
    your imagery and thoughts!

    my favorite verses:
    Loosen up my shell, pull me up from Hell,
    And bring me closer to life's composer;
    I pray I can choose just where I shall cruise,
    No longer captive, I'll move through the sieve

    the beauty and pain of being ...human, raw and real!
    powerful and beautiful!

    I enjoyed it...
    and thus our struggles and conquests magnificently continue
    lest we be...merely..puppets on a string with no choices or tender verses to sing!

    Loved your poem!
    way to write!

    Perhaps you speak of the beginning of Armageddon and then the conming of the rapture. True our world is in a sad state & we can only point the finger at ourselves. It is kind of like the French revolution when the leaders created their own gods, Murder and chaos followed. The thing is now we have created man gods. One right there in the white house.
