And With It

And with it comes the rain...
~ bellowing down
drowning what once beautiful
~ once whole
Now is muddy, covered in weeds
~ weighed down by the pain
Gone are the blooms, so young
~ brilliant, beginning

And with it goes the life...

Nature and nurture come to mind. Without nature, life is bland and bloomless. Without nurturing, we have no form from which to grow. There is pain in both. Sometimes it is eternal, sometimes fleeting. Your words take me to places that make me mourn. You write with such passion in your sorrow. I LOVE YOU!
