forgetting my mistake

I let myself be taken by this man.
this man promised me lust and nights of true pleasure.
he mealted my cold heart and he was to me, what i needed the most...
a friend.

i held his hand while in the back of his car he took my love.
he would call and ask about my day and then ask if i would visit.
again i found myself gasping for air while he advenutured on.

he looked in my eyes.
he said to me.
i slowly started to believe- in him.

oh God.
i truly am sorry for what i've done.
i never meant for it to happen like this, it just did.

is it too late for me, oh Lord?
to come back and forget his sweet aroma?

i let a man falsly preach to me
he promised me saftey, which only you can provide
i will surrender if it is not too late
after all i didnt know he was married
