~~Silhouette Dreams~~

Missing image
Shadows and silhouettes
images unseen,
dancing through the pages
of your dreams

Twisting and falling
forever in flight,
as time marches forward
through darkness of night

A misread world
Filled with wishes and dreams,
Where nothing is
quiet as it seems

Awaken!
the body does
to greet the new day,
And the remnants of your dreams
slowly fade away

    I think you have done a wonderful job writing for this picture. I like the words you use in this poem, and the images you create. You take the reader inside the mysterious world of dreams.

    Great poem, Sis! You're right, our dream world is a place where nothing is quite as it seems! I prefer not to dream..I want to rest while I'm sleeping..not get wrapped up in another world with problems of its own! lol

    this is great as your poems seem to get better and better i really like darker writes so this was good for me, seems a bit similar to something i might do..very nice.. well written too, good luck in the contest sis!
