O, Wonderful You.

Your eyes brighten my day
Like a burst of sunlight
Everytime I see your face

That smile that spreads
Across your lips
Spreads across my own
With just a kiss

Silence fills my mind
Everytime you draw near
As soon as you cross my mind
Everything else disappears

Does this even sound anything like a poem? It doesn't when I read it but maybe thats just me.
