Roiling Black Clouds
©copyright 2009 Bonita M Quesinberry
It's a storm of desperation raging around me,
one I'd seen in vision more than thirty-years ago:
which days came not as seen, worse today than expected—
He was more beautiful than I could have imagined,
but I knew who he was when I pointed in anger
then shouted, "I rebuke you, Satan, in Jesus' name!"
He became hideous amidst a roiling black cloud
that descended upon all yet directed at me.
Instantly I was returned to a room in my home
and God's voice roared, "Fear not, for you are safe in the Lord."
My question uttered the year before had been answered;
for, indeed, I would recognize the world's antichrist,
though I'd no idea my death might be at his hands:
not just one attempt but many times he has attacked.
Failing my death, Satan today tries to still my pen;
'the willing pen of God's mouth' spreading only His Truths.
For over two years now I've lived in a house of horrors,
of rampant discredit called Fir Tree Park Apartments:
his black slimy cloud, thick with utter evil and lies,
surrounds this small domain with torment and a tapped phone.
Today, I'm reminded of God's reassuring words
thundering, "Fear not;" therefore, I won't lay down His pen.
I heard of His escape for me to a better place,
one far from this nightmarish abode of vile people.
Though I don't know when or how, whether I move or die,
I do know that my God has never forsaken me;
thus there is not one good reason to accept defeat.
I will never give Satan so much as one pleasure;
for my joy is to kick him out again and again—
until Christ takes me far away from this depraved place.

Oh My Word~~
Wow this has me balling like a baby and just to *imagine*
anyone trying to place harm upon You-
whether physical-emotional- spiritual
sheds tears and from the first line-
I was wiping my eyes
trying to feast on Your words and just the images
alone of the Apartment situation~
turns my stomach-
How can any entity do that upon another-
it is like there is NO conscious- NO Compassion- NO crimson flowing through
veins other than Darkness~
They WILL fall...
I wish YOU nothing but the BEST in this battle
and YOU WILL WIN Beautiful
You have Almighty God on Your side
Love You Precious Spirit!!!!
Thank You for sharing Your Voice

Best wishes in the contest
with love & light~ Desire~*~

Kick on...fight on...powerful write with words to press on, move on, carry on. Love the title and the way you describe the sneaky ways of the devil and how you would fitght back and rebuke him. Excellent. Thanks for entering. Blessings.

It is awful the hell that you have been living in Mom, yet nothing can stop your profound words of God's truths and wisdom from reaching far and wide. The evil one is really on the ball these days and anyone who can't see that is wearing blinders or just refuse to see. You bring it to light with every passage of words you share through your knowledge of what was, what is and what is still to come. I always learn something when I read from your fine quill.
Much love,
Frogz~

Thank you, sweetheart, for your understanding compassion and encouraging words. Indeed, Satan is in a desperate rampage, yet the world at large seems not to see it all around them: at least, not enough to repent.
Much luv & hugs, MomB
