This Madness called Life

I woke up one moning
And realized I hadn't changed
Overnight,
Not visibly
Maybe mentally
But not
Entirely

I just had a dream
In which I survived
This madness called life

This eternal embrace
Of never-ending
Stories -
Love
Live
Laugh
I rose...

Like a phoenix
From the ashes of time
Within this madness called life

I left my past behind
Remembering it
Glad about my
Luck and
Failures
As well

I woke up that very morning
I had changed overnight -
Finally loving this madness called life

*Inspired by the great poet Kendal Palmer, thank you for your encouraging words*

    Now THAT is wisdom!

I really liked reading this poem, it made you appear much older and more experienced than you are/should be (according to biological age )
it's great to see you so positive, full of life and energy. awesome!

    Keep up the great work!
