Mesmerized

What is she thinking?
does she see my transfixed gazes at her beautiful face?

A beauty so profound,
I'm mesmerized.

I want to know,
beautiful angels face.

If only a simple name,
could take in,
and radiate the essence from within.

She's tired,
her heard droops,
eyes in a peaceful trance.

The light  she shines with,
the everlasting light from within,
is intoxicating.

As I longingly stare at her face,
and body;

She turns her head;

I freeze;

Her angelic features are illuminated in the light,
High cheek bones,
defined jaw,
clear green eyes.

I'm transfixed,
her expression turns from surprise,
to disregard.

Slowly her eyes shut;

  • Simplistic beauty

    Beautiful with every line..... simplicity is a rare poetic beauty. Wonderful write.

    One Typo- "She's tired,
    her heard droops,
    eyes in a peaceful trance."

    should 'heard' be 'head'?

    Keep it up! -T
