*NOTE: First part was written by our WONDERFUL KASTOR on my author page, I responded with the second part on his author page. Thank you kastor!
• Wake up.
She's sitting there singing, don't you hear
She's got a megaphone and tattered clothes
Says she needs you to sew a new dress
Put it on her, make her pretty,
Just remember
how to sing
her praise
She's almost begging. Look! She even brought ink . . .
• She sings
with megaphone in hand
He dances
even though she's a bit
out of tune
and maybe even
a little out of touch
he still dances for her
for himself
for the tattered dress she wears
and simply because
he can

i really like the feel of this - made even nicer as a collaborative work, the two pieces play well together.
nicely done.

YOU TUNING IS IN ACCORD
IT IS IN RIGHT ACCORD, AND IN ACCORDANCE OF OUR MELODY TASTE!
You say it may be "even a little out of touch" but I see that it may cover all touching vibrations caressing our hearts.
Many thanks poet friend!

Kastor left me a poem on my page and I was inspired to write another part. No obsessions here. Thanks for the read!

Thank you Myra...but this one I owe to Kastor. I was kind of "out of it" and he left his poem on my page and he pulled me out of my funk.
-
I loved this!
The playfulness and the twirl of tongue in lovely phrases, woven by two souls in compassionate knowing: no tatters can silence twitters!
Love to you both!
Myra

I thought this was beautiful to me this reflects what love is all about about looking into the heart of a individual despite the flaws seen and taking the time to care and reach out in love to make a differance. Excellent writing.

A great life lesson here, for rarely is anything perfect in life and hence we should enjoy the times that come for there can be joy in all moments if we

I saw the comment he left in your guestbook and thought it was so pretty. He inspired you well
Your response was just as poetic and beautiful as his beginning. I would say I pictured gypsies... but there's a megaphone involved... *GASP* HIPPIES!!! YAY! JK. This is inspiring!

You are so funny!!!! I wasn't even thinking HIPPIES!!!! I hope Kastor likes it as much as you do. I just couldn't help myself! -

That's just how my mind works... taking itself off in wild tangents and rants. I'm sure he will love it!
