Oh your mind is strong, for you have ideas to share
In your mind you have one desire, and that is for people to care
Your purpose in life is what i adore
And the voice you speak with i cannot ignore
Before I saw you as an angel
But now my eyes are seeing you at another angle
In my heart you were firm and intelligent
But they've exposed you for who you really are, and my whole reality is bent
So as I search for a friend whose purpose is true
I must leave you behind, for you have caused me pain that I now rue

This is really beautiful. You words show knowledge and talent and desire for people around you to care about others.
The last line shows how we can hurt when we don't want to and the pain is always with us.
I would suggest punctuation and capitalising the letter 'i'
