The 16 yr old sage

The wise old sage of Northampton
At 16 (and a half) I have knowledge of all things
Wisely I twirl my sharpie drawn beard
And walk across rice crispies
Spread over the kitchen floor
Watching my mistress...
Alright my mum,
Telling me that I cannot leave
Until I have cleaned all the cereal off the floor
Wearing my flannel robe at night
I read proverbs on the computer
Ask me about the tree in the forest
I have many different points of view
I am the grasshopper who caught the monkey slowly
I have communed with the chicken and know who came first
At sixteen I am omniscient
However don’t  ask me questions – I’m watching corrie

Author notes

The promt was 'wise'

Okay, so Im english and this is quite english language. Im not sure whats the same over in America or anywhere else so:
