People stop to take a look
they don't fear the bear,
some take pictures of her cubs
even though the Mother's there.
In the meadow where they play
the Mother stands up tall,
with a growl in her place
she protects her cubs from all.
Wild animals roam all around
and paint a pretty scene,
if you keep your distance
then they won't be mean.
Antlers top some animal heads
and are used to handle fights,
watch out for the grizzly bear
who attacks with mighty bites.
Take a chance and beware
when wild animals are in sight,
most come out of the shadows
and are hidden in the night.
