In my life I have been blessed,
To have this one I call my friend.
We stood together through many trials,
Our bond of friendship has no end.
Unlike all others, she is unique,
One who gives with a caring heart.
To all who ask she gives her time,
Her advice is true, unbiased, and smart.
A better mom would be hard to find,
Just like her mom, her daughters a cutie.
The type of mom any child would want,
How she manages her life is a thing of beauty.
There is a guy the luckiest man,
That soon enough she’ll be his wife.
The greatest treasure a man could fine,
For one like her I’d give my life.
A love once mine I couldn’t hold,
There with me through my roughest spell.
The last four years she’s graced my life,
The one and only, my “sissy” Danielle.

I have been fortunate to have an incredable friend Danielle. We were once togeather but that didnt work but we have remained the closest friends since that time. She has been there for me when no-one else was. This poem is my tribute to her. July 2009
