"When the Man Comes Around"

Every knee on Earth shall bow, when then that time comes when and how.
the new world is the old word once more, just the like the start and before.
give thanks, and all bow down...
When the man comes around.

The meek shall inherit the earth, you yourself, don't realize your true worth.
The nails, and the hill, and the cross.
the only one round here who ain't lost
and i walk through the valley of the shadow of death
feeling the breathing of Satans breath.
but i fear not, and we all know why..
The Sheppard walks with us by and by..
i laugh as my enemies fall to the ground....
When the man comes around..

And the Poor..will soon be rich...
and the fallen, will soon get up
and the mute, shall sing with pitch
and the thirsty, shall drink from His Cup.

don't worry, don't fear, don't scowl,
don't cry, don't smirk, don't growl...
the time at close is still at hand..
be kind and give thanks to your fellow man.
wear sunscreen in the sun..
wear comfortable shoes when on the run

they're living in the big cities while the farmers auction ground.
but When the man comes around.....
Its Alpha. Omega. The End...
Lord im just a sinner, not worthy of your hand.
im a screw up, and i know i don't do right.
but i pray for forgiveness every night..
i know He'll forgive me and im proud...
When the Man Comes Around...
When the Man Comes Around..

this is so good. You bring what everyone should know and realize in this life to paper. I feel honoured to have read this poem.

  • Wow

This is a side of you I haven't fully seen until now. I like how you bring out your religious side and view points here. Another great job.
