Great list. It reminds me a lot of the list of songs I had programmed on my laptop to use when I announced baseball games.

    Now then, just for fun.

Now that's jus' mean, Cowboy. You announced 'em? I played softball for about 8 years. Shortstop and catcher. 3rd best batter in the league my second year. Two home runs in a single game. At the ball diamond, they put me in charge of the concession stand when I was 12. How many 12 year olds would you trust with an unlimited supply of money, candy and pop???

    "White Rabbit" of Jefferson Airplane
"Bridge over troubled water" of Simon and Garfunkel
Authentic gypsy music like Cameron de la Isla

I'll be coming back to this.

My wife and I went to see Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood in Seattle about 10 years ago. Garth has so much energy running around the stage.

I saw that you have one many of my favorites on this list, including Pat Benatar and Phil Collins. Both of them occasionally come to the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Washington. I don't gamble, but I sure love the music. My grandmother got me listening to Elvis when I was really little. She had several of his albums. She especially liked his gospel music. I love all of his music. My son, Dante, absolutely loves Linkin Park, because they did the theme music to the TRANSFORMERS movie.

Yeahhh, The Cars are on the list of "anything by 'em". I've always enjoyed their music. It did take awhile to get all of these tunes together, but it's only a small portion of those I truly love. Thanks, Crissygirl.

Thanks. Yeahhh, I like Oasis, too. Most of these were off the top of my head. There's a bunch I forgot to include, so this will probably be Part 1...of many.

Somebody ya know, Rob??? Thanks for sharin', my Friend. I do have Cohen on the list of "anything by 'em", in case ya missed seein' his name. I didn't even go classical on this one, so there may be another one down the road.

You're quite welcome. There's a lot more to be added at a later date. I'd suggest checking the links; to the left side of most of them, they have "similar" bands listed. I may do other lists someday, as well.

Cool music.... why don't you just link to project playlist from the playlist on my homepage and make your own? They have copy and paste html so you can put it on your ap page. It's easy and free....
I sound like a damned infomercial.

Why? 'cause my fingers are all achy & stuff. I'se done with this one for now. Too lazy to fix what ain't broke. Thanks, Sweetie. My page is too damned long now; I fear my playlist would make AP crash entirely. After all, I didn't include any of the classical masters. Perhaps another posting, another time. Phewww.

    my poems

What you want to do if to highlight it and choose source from the browser
menu or it might be on the right click of IE . I use Firefox so can't remember.
But if you highlight my comments and select "source" it will show you HOW
a webpage link is made or just view source to see how the whole page is
put together. All commands are put inside of <> and that is you start
then a as an end of statement. So to make something bold you would
type <> with bold in between. hi there .

It's easy once you grasp that basic rule....

If you highlight the link in my comment you can see how to make yours "clickable"
    http://www.playlist.com/playlist
br is a space or blank line between a href makes the link and the second one is what you see as the text for the link so if you used a href allpoetry.com in quotes and my poems as the second it would show my poems as the link mousing over would give you the actual link at the bottom left of your screen...

Ohhh, I don't think so. They can just copy & paste the links. I already did all the hard work for 'em. I'se one tired puppy now. Thanks for the tip, though; maybe I'll fix 'em one of these days.

You need not join playlist to listen to music or to the playlists of others.
Just use this link and type in who you want to listen to or song name...

Click search arrow to choose either track or the playlist of others
that the song or group is listed on.

    http://www.playlist.com/playlist

Youtube has a lot more songs that I first thought after searching
through it, though a lot are live versions and I prefer the way I first
heard it on radio or tape.

Have a lovely musical week my friend...

    Hugs...Eddy

I see those links aren't "clickable". Maybe I'll have to do one that is
and put it somewhere for downloading...

Thanks, Eddy. I don't know why the links wouldn't work; I hadn't used them before. lastfm & rhapsody have a lot of music to listen to for free, as well. I was clicking through Youtube last night & after awhile, they sent me a link to join. I don't think so. Have a good one yourself, Scribe.
