TruthStalker

I knell to the East
in the stillness of the dawn
with my hands upon the ground
I feel the throbbing life
of Mother Earth.

I open my consciousness
to spirits carried on the wind
familiar energies surround me
merge with my soul
ancient ones
of long ago.

Slowly I rise
and as the sun
breaks a new day
I throw forth my arms
and embrace the light
my very being vibrates
with love
of all that was
of all that is
of all that is meant to be.

I hail you, Day-Breaker.
You are the Night-Taker
I call you, Life-Maker.

I turn to the South
and my spirit soars
as my soul dances
to the song of life.

Absorbing all
the physical feelings
deep into my being
I come to know
Pride, Anger and Fear

And I come to defeat them.

I wrap my soul
in the protection
of my mother
Earth.

I salute you, Truth-Preacher
You are the Lie-Breacher
I call you, Soul-Teacher.

I face the West
and enter
the gathering storm

I withdraw
into the depth
of my being.

To rediscover
and bring forth
again
the magic
that dwells
within.

I beseech
the Presence
to guide
my spirit growth
to protect
my soul
during my earth-walk.

I know you, Space-Drifter
You are the Veil-Lifter
I call you, Shape-Shifter.

I look to the North
and prepare
for the journey
home.

In my dreams
I walk again
through the lives
I have lived.

I know what
has been,
I understand
what I am
I have become
what I was
meant to be.

I know you, Snow Blower.
You are the All-Knower.
I call you, Way-Shower.

I stand
and stare forth
into the void.

That part of me
that knows
of being one
with the All
shouts forth
with joy
in praise
and
in wonder.

From the darkness
voices sound forth to me---

We know you, Spirit-Talker
You are the Dream-Walker
We call you, Truth-Stalker.
