Her heart beat excitedly in her chest
Forty eight hours and he would be here
Holding her close and not letting go
Scare her, a little
Thrill her, Oh yes
She talked to him so much
The prospect of seeing him
IT chilled her and heated her blood
Said she had quickly become his whole world
Part of her could hardly believe
Another part wanted to dive
Drowned in the feelings and not look back
She readied herself
her small world was about to change forever
It was all she had ever known
Now  he would know her
The whole nine yards
Everything

His kindness and romantic heart astounded her
She wanted the things he promised her
Wanted to hold his love as a secret
For a while hold him close forget about the world
He talked about a futre she daren't mention
But once the door was opened
She loved to hear about it
The memories of the meadow came back
The feel of the stone beneath her fingers
How he stood there so sure of himself
Now he spoke words positive she was it
Her heart fluttered and she was free.

Loved the idea of the romance between them.
