Suicide

Not sure what the ears hear,
The eyes don’t focus clear.
Senses all beware,
Mind is due for a scare.
The color of the face outside,
Why does it try to hide?
The old men who merely sigh
Is the reason young men die.
Listen to the silence than seek,
The will is strong, the body week.
Freedom is captured within,
a private war to win.
Beware of a man called “friend”
Your life he soon may end.
Beware of the “Trust me” guy
he is living a lie.
It does no good to cry
The answer is to die.

It didn't make any sense, but at the same time it did.
    I like that.
This was sad,but also mostly true.
    You did a good job.
Thanks for entering and Good luck in my contest.

      Suicide

It is a new poem in that no one has ever seen or read it but I wrote it a long time ago when things didn't make sense and I stood on the edge for awhile. I am grateful for the chance to share it. I really hesitated because I don't want people to read it to feel that way. There is really so very much light at the end of the tunnel. Just keep faith in yourself--

      Suicide

I almost didn't post that one. It is new, in that no one had ever read it, but I wrote it a looong time ago. I don't know that I could write it now, just wouldn't want to go there. I like it much better here in the light. Life is good. I send loving thoughts to you and all those kids!!! And I LOVE dragons---
