The continence of insanity:
Is a theory based on the clinical observations of patients who demonstrate a particular state of mind resulting in a level of confidence established by the assumption of their unstable or deranged minds that they are, in fact, normal and everyone else around them is crazy.
The incontinence of sanity:
Is likewise, a theory based on the observations of case studies of people who have been determined to be of sound mind and demonstrate a lack of confidence brought about by their ability to rationalize their condition resulting in the conclusion that they must be crazy.
Crazy people
think they’re normal.

think they’re crazy.
