He's out of my life....

He's out of my life
Sometimes I laugh sometimes I cry
He's out of my reach.. but not
out of my sight
And not out of
my mind.
He's in my soul which
is my life..
I don't know whether to laugh or cry,
I don't know why I bleed
and die.
He'll forever be in my life...

Author notes

Inspired by many things, but tonight,by two things, one personal the other a song I adore by one of the worlds greatest artist, and musician who deeply touched my life. "She's out of my life",by Michael Jackson, may he rest in peace.

I'm not a poet,i just write,i find it therapeutic.

A wonderfully written poem, but it about blinded me reading.
The bright background with a black font is suicide on the eyes.
    Nevertheless, an amazing write.
    thanks for sharing.

    Amazing!

This was truly amazing and great creativity! I really like this better than some of these poems dedicated to MJ because most of them just talked about his career etc., not how it effected them.

    Thank you for sharing!

  • You totally just said every thing I was thinking last night. As I read it I was just nodding my head in agreement the whole time. Very good write. And I too will miss MJ as well, I'm sure he'd be glad to know how inspiring his works will always remain....

    back ground is dazzling

I TRULY LIKE THE MESSAGE IN THIS PURE,FLAWLESS WRITE,HOWEVER THE BLUE BACK GROUND IS UNSUITABLE FOR SUCH AN AMAZING POEM.I WOULD SUGGEST TO OPT FOR A PALER,CALMER COLOR TO BRING IT IN TO LINE WITH THE SPIRIT AND ESSENCE OF THE PIECE.

  • A very touching tribute to Michael Jackson...I suppose we will all continue to mourn his death for some time to come. the shock of it all is just beginning to wear off making way for the reality to set in...thank you for sharing. keep up the great work.

  • awwww! Thats so sad!
    Yeahh R.I.P Mj.
    He was great!
and yeah Well I loved this!

  • THIS IS COMPLETELY BEAUTIFUL, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT IT TOUCHES DEEP
    BRAVO AND THANKYOU

  • How very sad that he died so young! The least we can do is honor him with words, who was our music for so long. A lovely tribute! I love what you've done with his words! What finer laurel wreath than one of his own weaving?

      Yup

Well, regardless of his so called skeletons, etc, his music and talent played a massive role in my life, right from the Jackson five. That guy had a voice that was incredible. The last albums he made dissapointed me,but everything else has memories so special attached.
      Thanks sweety.

      I know im weeping too

There was a huge state memorial for him yesterday in the country I live in,i didnt go becoz i didnt know it had been planned and attended by thousands.
I wrote a blog about it earlier in the NewYork Times.I was weeping, that song revealed so much about him.Off the wall has always been my favourite album of his.
Every radio station, bar, cafe, peoples homes are playing his music all day long.
      Thankyou,nd i didn't mean to upset u.
      Hope ure well!
      Tc.
