Breeze from Heaven (A Prayer)

Oceans of mercy let your waves of clemency ascend
Skies of leniency allow your kindness rains to descend
Permit divine scents to sprinkle and overwhelm
Fill the earth and seas with airs of God's realm
Let justice and compassion conquer souls and rule
Let integrity and charity block the evil and cruel
Spread faith and love crowned by forgiveness
Pave the way to the thought lost paradise
Let wisdom and good prevail, a life love story
Guide stray ones to virtue and destined glory
lend a hand to those on the way to belief valleys
preventing them from straying in erroneous alleys
Let the breeze of guidance blow and signs glow
Let all the benevolence and nothing but bounty grow
Extend your belief, relief and serenity bridges
Tracing and leading the straight path to eternal richness and treasures.

    Your best!

For a number of reasons, I have to separate content from the way it is said, and it is said very well. A bit surprising tho'

Ah dear one, sweet mama, you penned it with the sweetness of your heart and spirit! Ah I was just flying through people's author pages who were my favorites on this community. Indeed you're a favorite and I won't be tired of reading such beautiful moral poetry.
Thank you, dear, for sharing your poetry with us

    Brave!

Presumably the straight path is the one referred to in the first Sura of the Qur'an -- as- siratu ul mustaqim? Well. there is plenty of Christian religious stuff, so I suppose there must be room for the other side! I think I liked the3rd line best.

    • Thank you so so much for commenting :) I was happy to find you there. you honor my page my dear.

Well I believe all religions talk about one straight path and that is justice, no hurting the other, love and care, compassion, and all the particular commandments that are the basics and everything, if followed then we would be a lot happier. That is what I believe. Religions came to bring peace and justice...etc but imagine the wars that took place in the name of religions. The injustices perpetrated in the name of religion. There is only one way, the right one by applying basics of religions and not the opposite, but if you deviate then you go wrong and miseries prevail. And we deviate, and miseries prevail, love is not breathing, injustices, torture......pathetic. I am afraid of what is coming my friend. It is so scary if it goes on the way we are.

    What a beautiful prayer

This is one of the most beautiful poems that i've read.
A prayer that can do just that and more!
This touched my saddened soul tonight in a mysterious way, felt like you voiced and wrote out what my heart and tears spoke this day.
I'll be surprized if you don't take the gold.
I could go on an on but I won't.
    Hugs.

    • Oh my God my dearest thank you for the points and thank you for your wonderful words

As I keep thinking about the world and our struggle to live in it with others and some attributes that might fill it with splendor or misery I keep wishing and praying for real love and wisdom that could bring a lot of good It is so sad what the world has been and is witnessing.
      Miss you girl.
      Love you and kisses

    this is a beauty..

very inspirational write my friend..i see a shiny in your future..

    • hehehhe Swan, thank you my dear :)

Well I loved the writings of Yunus Emre and Mevlana Celaluddin Rumi, but as I started I started diverting into a bit of erotica trying that type of writing that seemed to creep into a lot of anything I write Which is very worldly and real, But the more truth that we come face to face daily is the rising of hatred, ignorance and violence with the progress of what we call Science and Technology and that is so sad and making life harder. I adore water Swan, and am so scared of the so called scarcity of water and droughts........
Gosh, better to pray for some mercy
