Watching stars tonight,
a thought flight,
are they some folks,
dwellers of night,
or just burning gases,
hanging tight,
Like everything else,
they have a life,
From birth to end,
they live wise,
Pass their energy,
as they die,
To make life anew,
death giving Life!

Beautiful poem. My favorite lines are the last two. They are a perfect way to sum it all up. "To make life anew, death giving Life!" This piece was a perfect way of describing reincarnation. Though something dies, that death itself creates life in many forms. The one who dies lives on in a manner of speaking through the life it creates. Continuence of life even if reincarnation is not one of your beliefs.
Sorry I talked alot lol. I loved reading it. Thank you for sharing.

thanks for reading and appreciating.
I think reincarnation is part of my views. So it came along in this poem.
Thanks again

Beautiful write, Jeet. I like the imagery as well as the description of the cycle of how the stars die and breathe new life. To be reborn, to recycle itself to be something new again.

Thanks Mary! I am glad that you liked it. Its a lighter write. Just words with their own meaning. I like simplicity sometime!
