Twenty four years,
the lives of six children,
two cats, three dogs,
four horses, ten chickens,
two apartments, five houses,
10,000 gallons of tears and a
million smiles later. There
is not one single moment that
I regret being together with you.
The times apart, voices of
misunderstanding, the careless
mistakes, the errors in judgment,
the miscommunication, the shattered
dreams and broken hearts, all lessons
of purifying fire to the coal dust of life,
forged into the diamonds of love.

From the heart yes and I suppose that at times it has been like an ark. Often one with holes in it.
As far as the other goes,it was just an opportunity. So my loss is not being able to go because of work. This is one that I hate to miss.
PS. I prefer notes to be seperate messages, not comments on poems. Not a rule, just a personal preference.
