silver blades.

Silver blades, Shine So Bright.
Scarlet Blood That Feels So Right.
I try to stop
But I can’t break free
This can not possibly be me..
Cutting all her problems away
Her little silver blade will always stay
The edges cut through her very life
Blind to everything except for her silver knife.
Hiding behind pulled down sleeves,
Masking the tears that never leave.
Just three words to get her through
Those three words,
are never true.
But no one knows how much she cries,
surrounded by nothing, but clueless eyes.
She hates what she does
She hates herself
But no one knows
And no one cares.
At the end of the day
She sleeps alone.
Hoping that one day, this will all be over.
It's been to long, she needs a friend
Out comes the blade once again

It's eloquent but on the cusp of worrisome in my book. I always hope these aren't true but chance says they are. I hope if it is true you find a real friend, someone who you can rely on and love. Great Write!
